How to benefit from virtual health care services

Eligibility requirements

Virtual health care services are available to eligible Québec Blue Cross® clients* with:

Health care plan (extended health care, hospitalization, prescription drug insurance)
Disability insurance (including mortgage disability insurance and monthly indemnity).

Services offered

  • Service available 24/7 wherever you are in Canada.
  • Get prescriptions, referrals to health specialists, home delivery for prescriptions, support for lab tests or follow-up exams.
  • Access to doctors and mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Management of chronic diseases with care plans adapted to the symptoms specific to each condition.
  • All patient information is secure, in accordance with the highest standards of confidentiality.
